Refund policy

DELIVERY

We will always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10 for any change to the order details post-purchase.

If the order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If there is no response then we will return the item to stock and issue a refund less an administration fee of £10.

UK MAINLAND ONLY

When purchasing items in the UK your order will be sent via tracked postal services or courier for example: Evri.

 

Please allow 3-4 working days for standard delivery.

RETURNS

We only accept returned items if they are faulty. 

Please return the product(s) within 7 days of receipt.

Please send back your faulty items with your order number and email inside the packet.

Should you need to exchange (e.g, a different size), you will need to send us the items.  Please email yv@andmerch.uk in advance with your exchange request.
